Do you get my Google or Instagram password?
Never. Sign-in uses OAuth, so you authorise access on Google's and Meta's own screens. We only store encrypted access tokens — you can revoke them any time from your account settings on those platforms.
Will my clips post publicly right away?
You control YouTube visibility — Private, Unlisted or Public — and it defaults to Private so a first test never surprises your subscribers. Note that Instagram's API has no private/draft mode: every Reel goes live publicly the moment it publishes.
What exactly does the AI decide?
It ranks candidate moments from your VOD by hook strength, payoff and replay value, then writes hook-first titles, captions and hashtags. A vision model picks (or generates) the thumbnail. You set the niche and tone hints that steer all of it.
Can I use my own AI keys?
Yes — bring your own Anthropic and Gemini keys on any plan. They're encrypted at rest and used instead of ours, so you keep full control over model spend.
What video sources are supported?
Point us at a downloadable video URL — your VOD storage, a stream archive or any direct MP4 link. Add a timestamped transcript for sharper AI moment-picking; without one, evenly spaced candidate segments are used.
How many clips can I post per day?
That's set by your plan — Free posts once a day, Creator three times, Studio ten. Daily source limits scale the same way, and quota resets at midnight UTC.
